If you are in a hand you shouldn’t be you deserve the bad beat

So I am playing in a 9 person sit and go tonight and the game has been up and down the whole time, a couple of bad beats here and some suckouts there, nothing crippling nothing outstanding. Eventually I get down to heads up play and my opponent, that has been playing solid poker all night, much to my surprise, turns into a donkey. I am going to skip the up and downs and folds and just focus on the final hand. The blinds are 300/600 I have about 7500 chips and my opponent has 5500. I get my cards and end up with pocket deuces, 2 of spades and 2 of hearts. Now in most situations 2s are a calling hand at best but heads up mediocre starting hands are worth much more. My opponent calls from the small blind and since I have a pair heads up I am on auto raise and pump it to 1800 to go to which my opponent quickly calls. The flop comes 8, 6, 4 with 2 hearts. Now the small blind heads up is in the dealer button so I am first to act. At this point I figure I have 1 chance to take down this pot and that is to be a donkey and bet into the pot with an under pair, but I figure that with him calling my raise heads up he shouldn’t have any of these cards in his hand unless it is attached to an ace, in which case he should have raised. So I make the only move I feel I have to add that 3600 to my stack and I bet 2500. My opponent thinks until his time start to run out and then re-raises all in leaving me 1200 more to call to win 11000, I really have no choice and can’t really imagine what he has unless he is slow playing aces. I, of course, call the 1200 hundred, turn over my under pair and this moron turns over 8 4 off suit. Now this guy has absolutely no business being in this hand, he should never had called my original pre-flop raise but like I said at the beginning he became a donkey and it made him huge favorite to take over a 5 to 1 chip lead heads up for the money. Basically at this point I have a backdoor flush draw or I need to catch a 2 to win this hand. So again I am in the situation where I am basically going all in next hand regardless of what I have as it is my only chance to make any ground up and have almost no chance of winning this hand. The turn brings hope with a 10 of hearts . . . so again you€™re telling me there is a chance!!!!! At this point I have 9 hearts and two 2s that can win this for me, giving me a 25% of winning. The river brings . . . . wait for it . . . the king of hearts!!! I cannot believe this. Did I really just hit my 100 to 1 shot and actually finished the suckout!!! Are you kidding me? Well I guess that is what you get for BEING IN THE HAND IN THE FIRST PLACE, YA FRICKIN’ DONKEY!!!!!
